These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LINKTOO (Social Wings India)("we", "us", "our"), including our dashboard, the digital vCards you create, and the WhatsApp Store feature (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

LINKTOO (Social Wings India) lets you build a digital business card (vCard) that can be shared via a link or QR code, and optionally extended with sections such as products, services, appointments, galleries, blog posts, experience, awards, projects, and a WhatsApp-based product store. Some features are available only on paid plans.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Paid plans are billed at the price, currency and billing frequency (one-time, monthly, or yearly) shown at checkout.
• For recurring plans, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance of a price change.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (text, images, product listings, etc.).
• By publishing a vCard, you grant us a licence to host, display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service — including making it publicly accessible at your card's link.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. WhatsApp Store — Marketplace Disclaimer

The WhatsApp Store feature lets a vCard owner list products and lets buyers place an order that is then coordinated directly with that vCard owner over WhatsApp. LINKTOO (Social Wings India) provides the storefront and ordering tools only — we are not the seller, do not take title to any goods, and do not collect or hold payment for these orders. The contract of sale, pricing, fulfilment, delivery, and any refund or return of goods purchased through a WhatsApp Store is solely between the buyer and that individual seller. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products sold through a WhatsApp Store, and encourage buyers to verify seller details before purchasing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to sell prohibited/illegal goods.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
• Upload malicious code, or use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any business.

7. Intellectual Property

The LINKTOO (Social Wings India) name, platform, software, and design (excluding content you upload) are our property or that of our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or fail to pay applicable fees.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINKTOO (Social Wings India) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any dispute arising from a WhatsApp Store transaction between a buyer and seller.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
