This Privacy Policy explains how LINKTOO (Social Wings India)("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our digital business card / vCard platform, including the dashboard, the public vCard pages you create and share, and the WhatsApp Store feature (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google) when you register.
• vCard content — anything you choose to add to your digital card: contact details, job title, company, photos, social links, products/services, work samples, experience, awards, and any other content you create in the dashboard.
• Billing information — your selected plan and billing history. Card and payment details themselves are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway providers (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe) — we do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Usage data — page views, device/browser type, and approximate location (from IP address) when your public vCard or WhatsApp Store page is viewed, so we can show you view/analytics counts.
• Communications — messages you send us via the contact form, email, or support channels.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and operate your account and render your public vCard / WhatsApp Store pages.
• To process subscription payments and send billing-related emails (receipts, renewal reminders).
• To send transactional emails — password resets, appointment notifications, order notifications, and account-related messages.
• To provide analytics on your own vCard(s), such as view counts and visitor device breakdowns.
• To respond to support requests and messages sent through the contact form.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3. Your Public vCard Content Is Public

The core purpose of the Service is to let you share information publicly. Anything you add to a vCard and publish (name, photo, contact details, products, socials, etc.) is intentionally visible to anyone who opens your card's link or scans its QR code — it is not private data. Please do not add anything to a public vCard that you do not want visible to the public.

4. WhatsApp Store Orders

If you use the WhatsApp Store feature to sell products, or place an order as a buyer, the order details (item, quantity, and the contact information you provide at checkout) are shared with the individual vCard owner running that store, so they can fulfil the order via WhatsApp. We facilitate this connection but are not a party to the resulting sale — see our Terms & Conditions.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Payment gateway providers, to process subscription payments.
• Our email delivery provider, to send transactional emails on our behalf.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who store data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• The individual seller of a WhatsApp Store, when you place an order with them (see Section 4).
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (authentication tokens) and, where enabled, a cookie consent banner to record your cookie preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and vCard data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a vCard or your account, associated content is removed from public view; some records (such as billing history) may be retained longer where required for accounting or legal purposes.

8. Your Rights

You can review and update most of your information directly from the dashboard (Settings, vCard editor). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or export of your data, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under that age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
